Terms of Use
Last updated: September 17, 2026.
These terms apply to your use of VerdelShot, a macOS application published by DozaOrg (Bernardo Dozal, Mexico). By downloading or using it you accept these conditions.
What VerdelShot is
VerdelShot is an app for taking screenshots, annotating them, and copying or saving them. It has a free version and a Pro version unlocked with a one-time license.
License to use
You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use VerdelShot on the Macs you use. You may not resell, rent, decompile, or redistribute the app, or share your license key with others.
Free version and Pro trial
The free version never expires. When you first install the app, the Pro features are unlocked for a 14-day trial; when it ends, the app keeps working as the free version.
Pro license
The Pro license is a one-time purchase. It is perpetual for versions released within its update period, which is one year from purchase. Versions released after that period require renewing the license; the version you already have installed keeps working indefinitely.
Purchases are processed by a third-party payment provider that acts as the merchant of record and issues the invoice or receipt.
Responsible use
You are responsible for the content you capture and how you share it. VerdelShot includes tools to hide information, but checking that a screenshot contains nothing you shouldn't share is up to you.
Warranty and liability
VerdelShot is provided “as is.” We do our best to make it work well, but we don't guarantee it is free of errors or compatible with every setup. To the extent permitted by law, DozaOrg is not liable for damages arising from using or being unable to use the app. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the license.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll note it on this page and in the app. The date of the last update appears above.
