We want you to buy Pro only if it's useful to you. That's why the 14-day trial unlocks every feature before you pay.

When we refund

If you buy the Pro license and, within the first 14 days, the app doesn't work as described on this site and we can't fix it with you, we refund the full amount.

How to request one

Write to the contact below from the email you used for the purchase, with a short description of the problem. We'll reply within a reasonable time and, if applicable, the payment provider issues the refund to the same payment method you used.

What isn't covered

• Requests made more than 14 days after purchase.
• Licenses shared or used outside the terms of use.
• Changing your mind without having tried the app during the trial period, unless there is a technical problem.
